Will I be charged for shipping in Indonesia?
Free delivery within Indonesia! All local orders are shipped via JNE, Sicepat, or J&T Express
How do I track my parcel?
All parcels are trackable. We will notify you with the tracking number once the parcel has been arranged.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry dear! We currently do not offer international shipment :(
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Mark-down / Sale items are not eligible for returns, only exchanges are allowed. As for full priced items :
- If for any reason at all you want to return something, you can do so within 14 days of delivery.
- It doesn't matter whether you've tried the garment on or not as long as the returns tag remains attached to the garment and the item remains in the same condition as sold (have not been altered, washed, without make-up marks, etc.)
- All Orders receive with Make-Up marks will be returned to sender.
- If your order is damaged upon arrival or otherwise failed to please, reach out to us at hello@taobysilviateh.com . We will gladly accept these items back and work with you on a replacement or another solution.
How do I return a locally shipped order?
We are offering free returns and exchanges. Please drop us an e-mail at hello@taobysilviateh.com and we will assist you with the return/exchange accordingly.
How do I make an exchange or refund?
To start a Return or Exchange, pack up the return items with the original invoice and return note tucked inside. On the return note, please select the reason for return and indicate whether you’d prefer a Refund or Exchange. For Exchanges, add which item you’d like to try next.
Exchanges can only be made for the same style, in a different Colour or Size; be sure to include the exact Colour and Size of the new item on the return note.
Refund request will be processed within 3-4 business days after we have received the returned item and exchanges will be shipped out once we have processed the original return.
How many times am I allowed for exchanges?
You are only entitled to a one-time exchange per item. If you are unsure of the size or colour to order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at hello@taobysilviateh.com
